Operation
Dynamic Plastic Packaging has invested in some of the best equipment available, some of which include Extruders, Side-, and Bottom Sealers, Slitters, Printers, one of which is the KBA Flexotechnica 8 Colour Printing Press.
We keep our operation in-house to ensure efficient decision-making that results in improved turnaround times.
Extrusion
We know accuracy is mandatory!
DPP has invested in the latest extrusion technology to ensure top quality to our customers and currently has multiple extruders available for the production of your plastic packaging needs.
We offer co-extruded and mono-layer blends, shrink, sheeting, lamination, tubing, bread bag blends, courier bags, etc.

Bag Making
We know excellence is key!
DPP offers a variety in our bag-making constructions as a result of our diversified equipment which includes our Side-, Bottom- and Spine Sealers as well as Roll-to-Roll, On Roll, and Wicketed Bag Machinery.
We accommodate a variety of plastic packaging requirements. The units of measure we deliver are according to our customer specifications and range from bales to rolls.
To ensure that all of our products are safe and healthy to use, we’ve gone beyond our call of duty to attain the FSC 22000 accreditation, an internationally accepted certification developed to guarantee the safety of food packaging.
Printing
We know quality is crucial!
DPP invested in world class printing equipment to help you achieve the desired detail, depth and colours for your plastic packaging requirements. Currently, our most prized possession is the KBA Flexotechnica 8 Colour Printing Press, allowing us to print more intricate designs in less time.
We offer 8 x Colour Printing on the following substrates:
- BOPP
- LLDPE
- Paper
- PET
- Polyprop Bags
- Woven polyprop
DPP further offer contract printing for customers wanting to provide their own material for us to print on.

Slitting
We know precision is essential!
Our state of the art technology ensures that the master/parent roll is cut to the specific width and length required by our customers.
DPP’s high speed slitters can accommodate a width of 1200mm.
Recycling
We know recycling is imperative!
DPP has its very own recycling plant situated on our premises which makes it possible for us to offer 1st generation recycled material. We do not buy any recycled materials from outside sources because we believe our customers deserve trusted and quality material.
